Responsibilities
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s marketing strategy.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Defining and implementing Kaliwork’s marketing strategy
- Increasing brand visibility and market positioning
- Managing digital marketing initiatives (SEO, content, social media)
- Creating and supervising marketing content (articles, white papers, insights)
- Developing B2B lead generation strategies
- Monitoring marketing performance and optimizing campaigns
- Collaborating with sales and technical teams to promote company expertise
- Conducting market and competitive analysis
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or B2B marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital campaigns
- Ability to build and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy
- Analytical and results-driven mindset
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Professional English proficiency
